Aggressive doorstep selling: "Yes, I will leave, once the paperwork is done"

Conducting personal visits to the consumer's home ignoring the consumer's request to leave or not to return except in circumstances and to the extent justified, under national law, to enforce a contractual obligation.

Mobile phone marathon

A mobile phone company made an appointment with Marion. The salesman came to her house. He analysed her current plan and said that his company could offer her a better deal. When he explained it to her, however, she decided that the small savings were not worth the trouble of switching vendors.

But the salesman kept repeating the same sales pitch over and over again and resisted to Marion's requests to leave. Marion finally caved and signed the contract just to get rid of the annoying man.
