After a disappointing experience at a car dealership, Michel decided to buy a used car from an individual. He called about this car after seeing the poster on the bulletin board at the local supermarket. Michel figured he'd get a better deal from a private individual than a dealer. When he called up, Yves acted as if it was his own car he was selling. Michel only found out later that Yves had a professional car import-export business.
